This is the first phase of development between Norwegian artist Evy Tjåland and Scottish artist Yvonne Buskie. They will explore ideas that connect their two countries and intend to use materials that act as an evocation of a shared history of these two coastal nations. They will work in an open studio situation for the first two weeks where the audience are invited to visit and comment, followed by a showing of the work created. The second phase of their collaboration will involve a residency in Norway later in the year.
